Annual Conference
This year’s conference theme is Rooted in Wellness, Growing in Community, emphasizing the importance of self-care as the foundation for our girls’ mental health and well-being. Too often, our girls are told they must push through and remain resilient, even at the expense of their well-being. Through this event, we are flipping that narrative—we want our girls to prioritize their mental health and embrace self-care unapologetically. When our girls take the time to care for themselves, they not only thrive individually but also strengthen their communities.
A heartfelt thank you to our leading sponsors—the Mayor's Office of Women's Advancement, United Way of Mass Bay, and the Howard Thurman Center for Common Ground. Your support helps make this event possible, and we are deeply grateful for your commitment to the well-being of our girls.
Tickets for this year’s Annual Conference are sold out. We invite you to join the waitlist for your girl.

Where Do We Go From Here?
"Where Do We Go From Here?" is a wellness gathering for Black and Brown girls, inspired by Mariame Kaba’s call to let challenges radicalize us rather than lead us to despair. In the face of uncertainty, this event focuses on deepening self-love, building community, and nurturing hope. Through reflection and healing practices, we’ll empower each other to take bold steps forward, grounded in joy and action.
