The State of Our Girls is a convening that examines the experiences of Black and Brown girls across the state of Massachusetts and explores strategies to uplift, center and support their positive identity development. Through a keynote address, panel discussion, and call-to-action, we will engage in an evening of collective reflection aimed at nurturing the well-being of our girls. By bringing together community leaders, advocates, and the girls themselves, we aim to foster meaningful conversations and inspire actionable change. Our goal is to pour into the well-being of our girls, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and empowered to overcome the barriers they face.
